Welcome to CT. Photos please. If a standard cud only a few dollars. To be a cud, it must touch the rim. If not a cud and there's a blob on the building then it's a die chip with no added value. We need photos of both sides to be sure.
i have a state quarter with cud’s or marks on building. I don’t think my photo uploaded so here it is.
Ummm, no. No cuds that I can see (a cud literally touches the edge of a coin). If you are referring to the "marks" near the center of the coin (@ the corner of the building), those appear to be just (circulation) damage, a hit of some sort; nothing special, except it would most likely make the coin ungradable (if it were worth grading in the first place). This coin appears to be what we call a "spender".
