<p>[QUOTE="Hiddendragon, post: 1550962, member: 25270"]The 1932 Brazil 1000 reis is one of the lowest mintages in the series at 56,000. Krause's prices are low in my opinion since when these come up for sale they tend to get bid up. This guy is selling a group of 11 of them. </p><p><a href="http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?type=3&campid=5335874456&toolid=10001&mpre=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fitm%2F180991416644%3FssPageName%3DSTRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT%26_trksid%3Dp3984.m1423.l2649" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?type=3&campid=5335874456&toolid=10001&mpre=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fitm%2F180991416644%3FssPageName%3DSTRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT%26_trksid%3Dp3984.m1423.l2649" rel="nofollow">http://www.ebay.com/itm/180991416644?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649</a></p><p><br /></p><p>Why do that? Why not sell them singly? Yes, you could buy them all and resell the ones you don't want, but that's a big investment. This auction will most likely net more than $100. </p><p><br /></p><p>Here's another one. 1929 Mexico 2 centavos, worth $65 in F condition. This guy has a group of four for sale. I asked and he won't split it up. I don't want four; I want one. These are all in poor condition but it would be a good hole filler for me. If he split them up, he'd have sold them by now, but instead he insists on grouping them, so there they sit. </p><p><a href="http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?type=3&campid=5335874456&toolid=10001&mpre=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fitm%2F230853197921%3FssPageName%3DSTRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT%26_trksid%3Dp3984.m1438.l2649" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?type=3&campid=5335874456&toolid=10001&mpre=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fitm%2F230853197921%3FssPageName%3DSTRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT%26_trksid%3Dp3984.m1438.l2649" rel="nofollow">http://www.ebay.com/itm/230853197921?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649</a></p><p><br /></p><p>I'm sure that a seller who groups these will get less money for them and have a harder time trying to sell them.
