It would have been cool if the first "9" was switched with the third "0". Wouldn't that make it a "Dual Quad Bookend Flipper"? Chris
For those that don't know, a FLIPPER is any note that DOES NOT have any of the following in the serial number. 2,3,4,5 and 7
I believe 1 is a flipper number. I don't believe serifs are considered. At least they aren't by grading companies when they designate "rotator" which is a similar concept (reading serial numbers upside down). Then again this whole flipper business seems like a new creation so maybe the rules are being made up as we go along.
