It can easily be manipulated and fakesellers are very good at it, but really they don't even have to manipulate it in most cases because the people buying the coins don't know they're buying fakes so they'll happily leave good feedback thinking they got a $1000 coin for almost nothing and won't realize they've been had until it's too late.
