ebay sold listings show from like $4k-$7K in my real quick search.
Yours is definitely a normal Philly cent. 1 of almost 6 BILLION minted.

It's only a good one if it is from a proof set, that would be a no S proof. Over 6 billion Philadelphia cents were made for circulation, these have no mint mark.

As for post #26, there are only about (400?) 1990-S cents with no S.
They all came in a proof set. Unless someone broke open the proof set and spent
the coins, no one is finding one of these in circulation. As you can see by the photo
a proof coin is very easy to tell apart from a regular 1990 Philly coin:

I need to say this, every room I peruse, I see a bunch of numastic EXPERTS trying to not only discourage but degrade anyone who has a question that is below an A. Bless the newbie who dares to ask a question. I think EXPERTS have made it clear, No one could possibly put in the time you have , and how dare these idiots pretend to know anything about coins!!! I have been doing this a short time, and of course I have had my neck bitten off! every damn room! Once in awhile I see kind people, If you get any positive answers on a site, you are lucky. I get the problem, its obvious. They degrade newbies because they are insecure (not about coins) their self image is so poor, , anyone who wants to learn is made a target is easy prey, apparently they don't feel superior enough. Experts then take it a step further. They ridicule the newcomers' questions amongst themselves so that you can observe them as they comment on how stupid your question was. I don't know maybe mommy and daddy didn't make them feel good enough as children they must have been really ignored!!! I find it absolutely unconscionable. I say, "So you are a coin collector and have knowledge about coins GET OVER IT!!!!! " Please tell me what the forums are for??? god forbid anyone asking a good question and gets their questions answered without being humiliated in some way. Success, you experts, will never see those people in your forum again!!! You need your own forum just so you " EXPERTS" can stroke each other's egos!!! but what fun would that be? you need more like a DDO question from a newbie to really stroke your egos and of course you know its MECHANICAL DOUBLING "aha lets rank on this poor guy" One of you says under his breathe, what an IDIOT asking about DDO's let me show him how stupid he is! He asks you what you think you have if he is nice, but he is really saying you have nothing. Then he talks to his other expert pals "Jeez guys duuuh do you see what question this guy asked? ?"He thinks it's a ddo" "I don't see a DDO do you??? "No I don't Joe "" "You sure it's not a DDO Joe?" "I don't know huum maybe he sees something we don't ha ha" This they do so you can see their discussion. Its obvious after these degrading comments they mastered the art of???? So excited that they mastered the art of? massaging their egos? Wow , good job. By the way you have hopefully LEFT THE FORUM, they love an audience. They will make fun for a half hr or more while they are at home (cant say what they are doing) It is horrible they have succeeded in one thing, never having you back in their liar again its sort of a cliche I THINK, BUT A BORING ONE. They are not there to help you and unfortunately there aren't many resources. Although they will help you by saying you are an idiot for going to the internet or utube etc. So that is helpful!!! I hope this site is still live, cause I got a DDR 1982p small date FS 101 cherrypickers in wexler its fs002 I want you to tell me it has too much glare and you cant see the pic and I didn't read the directions for the site. "Jeez she cant even follow directions!!" NO WONDER THIS FORUM IS EMPTY

    Hello,
This message was intended for another forum not for coin talk this forum is gentle compared to some of them. Although I worked very hard at getting my point across and my experience with the coin community.

    Thanks

Welcome to the forum Zach. I think that there is something missing in you statements and how new members are treated.
Yes, there are those that will belittle because it makes them feel better. No matter the forum there are always people that will do this. Those folks aren't teachers.
We have also had those folks that start a thread with a coin or multiple coins they get a simple no that is not an error or variety. Then procede to tell everyone that they are wrong. This will fire up any forum and every post that a newbie makes after that can go into the weeds. Not for everybody just the newbie know it alls.

If you lump everyone into a small box, with out any context then you are failing at the objective. The experts on tis forum are very forgiving in my opinion and will answer questions without any hesitation, It is rare that they are wrong and if they are another member expert will quickly address the question with a correct answer. We don't get paid to be here. Coins are a passion of ours and most of us have been studying them for decades. So please don't dump on all the experts, especially here. If you are having trouble finding answers to your questions on other sites, then I would encourage you to dump the other sites and post here on CT, with an open mind to learn.
