Even if a return is amicable (even if frivolous like returning an item because you refuse to renegotiate the agreed upon BIN price when the buyer agrees the coin is as described), PayPal will freeze the money in your PayPal account if it is above a certain dollar amount which is a PITA. They sometimes have difficulty unfreezing it without a two hour long phone session with the idiots at eBay and PayPal on an agreed upon return.
