At the end of 2023 I bought a house and I had to move, after my move I couldn't find my box of silver anywhere! :inpain: Well last week I found it so here it is to show my meager amount, it was lost for a good year and a half! The tube on the left has 18 ASE's and the other tube only has a few peace dollars in it, still I'm happy I found it so now I can get back to filling them tubes! :D How about you, you ever lose something valuable to you that was missing and you finally found it again?

Well, this has been a good two years to hang onto silver instead of selling it!

We were in a rush to catch a flight and rather than open the safe to stash some jewelry I hid it behind wall insulation and a piece of sheetrock. I figured no one would ever look there and I was right until about ten years later when I started asking the missus about pieces that I hadn't seen in a while. Another couple of years go by and one day I come home to find the missing jewelry on the dining room table. The missus had to do something in the "safe" room and when she moved the sheetrock it was lo and behold, look what I found.

"How about you, you ever lose something valuable to you that was missing and you finally found it again?" Does my sanity count?

Had an old blue Whitman Washington quarters (1932-1945? Can't remember for sure) that was complete and went missing during a move. I plucked each one of those coins out of the change and that book (folder) was complete. I think the babysitter stole it.....

Misplaced my wedding ring once. It had been loose on my finger and it came off in my range bag. I looked high and low in the meantime to find it, no luck. About 2 years later, when getting my gear ready to go to the range, it was hidden in one of the folds of the bag padding.

I had gotten max crap in the meantime from my better half about that.

I had a roll of 1969S cents that I had put away for safe keeping until I could look them over. They are safe alright. It has been 55 years, I have never moved, and I still can't find them!
