Those are definitely quarters. I've seen those before. What do you see that makes you think they are errors? Zoom in and show us and describe what you think. Im kind of curious of the article you have underneath them....
k , i respectfully understand / people have different opinions but ive already seen the hawaii one on another site thanks though ACE.
If you are able to get better / closer pictures that will help. Maybe try just focusing on one quarter instead of both.
k, there is some kind of ' or whatever between the two i's in hawaii. like the astrics in it's there's and that's. i guess the fuzz n what i thought was doubling is dye wear. thanks im checking into the arizona one- next time i wont jump so quick.
