<p>
I had two Polish coins listed on eBay in auctions ending today. Start price was $1.25 for each. They were a 1923 50 Groszy and a 1929 1 Zloty. Krause lists both around maybe $1 in the condition they are in. I've had them listed several times before and never got a bid on them. Well, I don't know what happened, but the bidders went nuts for them today. The 50 Groszy sold for $11.73 and the 1 zloty sold for $10.05. I challenge anyone to explain it. I looked at the bid history and there were actually three or four people involved. Keep in mind anyone could have had these for $1.25 several previous times and no one wanted them. </p><p><a href="http://www.ebay.com/itm/180737362843?ssPageName=STRK:MESOX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1559.l2649" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="http://www.ebay.com/itm/180737362843?ssPageName=STRK:MESOX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1559.l2649" rel="nofollow">http://www.ebay.com/itm/180737362843?ssPageName=STRK:MESOX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1559.l2649</a></p><p><br /></p><p><a href="http://www.ebay.com/itm/180737362843?ssPageName=STRK:MESOX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1559.l2649" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="http://www.ebay.com/itm/180737362843?ssPageName=STRK:MESOX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1559.l2649" rel="nofollow">http://www.ebay.com/itm/180737362843?ssPageName=STRK:MESOX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1559.l2649</a>
</p><p><br /></p>
