My buddy came to work today with a Abe Lincoln Proof/w COA from the mint and a 2004 ASE in a airtite holder. He asked me if I wanted to buy them and I told him I already had each one. So, he said "$80 for both". I said "SOLD". With the proof '04 selling for around $65 and the Abe Comem (which was hazy) worth minimum melt $34. I came out OK. (Title: These 2 coins)+ Bruce
I rereading my opening statements, I realized that I should have stated that these 2 coins cost me only $60, no 80. My mistake Bruce
Good deal! I hope he's still your buddy if he ever finds out he could have easily gotten 100 bucks for them!
