I cant tell if this is a mistake or what its worth if anything

    My first thought is damage post mint. The "T" in Trust has some metal moved around from the rim. What that other mark is, is hard to tell. The date also looks damaged and had some metal shoved around and pushed downwards.

    I noticed the date first from one side it looks like 35 but im convinced its 8
    Since its a memorial

    It's "curved" isn't it? Obverse is concave, reverse is convex. A lot of 1985 cents are that way.

    Yes, it looks like a 1985 cent. What you're seeing is zinc rot coming through the copper plating in TRUST and the date.
    Just saw @V. Kurt Bellman comment. didn't notice the curve.

    I think (not with me) even my 1985 proof cents are curved this way.

    It does have some damage post-strike. That is the problem with Zincolns. I wouldn't buy a Red Zincoln for the world. Just a matter of time until they start rotting. Just look at the Electromotive table of metals. It is just like galvanizing steel.

    And every year that passes, you'll see fewer. These Zincolns are more of a "consumable" than are most plastics.

    It's zinc rot. It's in a few places on the coin, too.
