What are the legal liabilities, not only for CT, but for you yourself if you make a post in that special place ? Do you know what it costs you personally if someone decides to sue you ? Sure, I'd do it in a New York second if I could, but I can't. About all I can do, and in my opinion the best thing I can do, is to try and teach people and show them the best ways to avoid these things from happening to them. Your suggestion was that we have some special place to "out" these people, to make others aware. What I was pointing out with my comments are the problems with "outing" people, the problems associated with making others aware by outing them. Your suggestion is not a new one Chris, over the years many others have suggested the very same thing. The subject usually comes up a couple of times a year even. And that's just one of the several problems that such a thing can cause. Chris I don't think there's anybody that dislikes people taking advantage of others any more than I dislike it.
