The local shop has been getting an older collection over the last month or so. Last time it was Indian cent in an ANA standards holder, a Peace dollar in a rattler, and an 1873 $2.50 in a PCGS OGH. Today it was these Morgan dollars in NGC gen 2.0 and gen 3 holders. The gen 2.0 was only used for a few weeks and is fairly rare. Both coins exhibit very nice yellow orange toning. Unfortunately, the black dot behind the eye of the 1884 -O is on the coin.
I feel lucky to have saved a lot of old slabbed coins. Never dreamed there would be value to the plastic in the future.
