Your 'Trajan Decius' is Gallienus, joint reign with Valerian
On second examination, you're probably right - it probably is Decius. I gotta stop shooting from the hip without putting my glasses on first

For someone starting out, this seems like it would make a decent "armature or skeletal collection" which could form the nucleus of a new collection. It does seem like you got an excellent deal and a broad variety of pieces.

Do you intend to try any further cleaning on these?

Nice coins, the Trajan Decius coin isn't copper or bronze, its a debased silver Antoninianus.

No Sir. I paid a lot less. About $100 only for all of these coins. Roman coins aren't popular in Siberia. And they are rather cheap. For example: today I bought this coin of emperor Titus Flavius Vespasianus (69-79). Guess how much I paid? ONLY 9 DOLLARS!!!
