My guess? Ebay will do nothing at all. Not as thing. I know I sound pessimistic, but they have gone over the edge. My most current situation is an example of same X10, only a temp suspension in that case.
Lets up the odds a little. My guess is that he also stole this picture. It does not look like any of his earlier listings. Anyone have an idea where it came from? 1909-s Indian
I got that impression from your other posts Jack and can well understand your feelings. I'm afraid you're probably right as well and that REALLY sucks. I am not a lawyer, heck I'm a painter but, like most people I'm not a total moron either. People like this seller and your other "favorite" need to stand before a judge at sometime. Even ebay might take notice of that as their name would be mentioned a lot. As it is, it just keeps getting worse and more blatant.
from what i have seen in alot of different instances - the less you do about policing your business, the more crooks do to take advantage of your inactions. The less Ebay does, the more they invite the bad guys to do what they have been doing.
They have been proving that for quite some time but it's getting beyond ridiculous. Outright fraud and certainly not the first time. Leadfoot, What was your complaint to ebay? Did you point the theft of photos out?
On the 09-S Indian, other than being a whizzer, I do not recognise the picture. The more I look at it the worse I feel about it, don't like that one a bit , coin wise, not even to consider seller, that coin smells funny on it's own merit.
