If they were completely consistent, then every MS-64 would be roughly equal to every other MS-64. However, there are occasionally inconsistencies (the OP coin and the thread I linked to) that show that the TPGs are not infallible. I try to find the ones where they undershot the grade. </p><p><br /></p><p>If something is not 100% consistent, then it is inconsistent, even if it is only 0.1% of the time.
