Yep ---Snaz has a point. Usually the seller does not refund shipping. In this case you might want to think about what it is worth at the grade you put on it.

I'd suggest giving the seller a very friendly email expplaining the difference between fbl and non. Then go even further as to explain how this mix-up is a direct result of his/her "borrowing" of pictures. Chances are if there is a drop of character in the seller at all they'll offer a refund in full.
