So the mint says instead of waste a new hub to make a modification, use an old hub. So to the victor of the Class 7 Modified Hub Doubled Dies, go a Memorial Proposal Progression Pattern Mule.(Obsolete Hub). These are three of them I recovered in $15.00 of rolled cents from a Currency Exchange months ago. A removal STATES-S remains on all 3. Obverse doubling also on IN-I, WE-W, TRUST-R. The obsolete part of the hub is a PROOF, UNITED also on all three the obverse doubling and STATES-S is.

Not class 7, but class 6 ( center doubling ) .
