    That's because it's not the same coin. There are a number of differences between the coins. The N in UNITED on the reverse is an easy one to spot. Also it looks like this PCGS label was put into a NGC slab.

    The easiest to spot for me is the one in the date on a 93S should be centered over a dentical.
