I've had them for 10 years, if not longer. They're all BU or unc as they weren't really used to much. People visiting Hawaii would buy them to get around but then kept them as cheap souvenirs.
Hopefully they are the real thing. They are different.
They were in use for a few months. Most are Uncirculated as they were saved for souvenirs. In the early 1950's you needed to take the bus to get around. The tokens were very popular and kept by tourists. Within months they were replaced by another less attractive token.
They are popular and plentiful.
Probably not in the near future. Lol
