    I have this coin that I got from a friend years ago. I suspect that it is a counterfeit, but I cant find any in my searches that match both front and back.

    I can say with 90% certainty that it is a counterfeit.
    Better pictures would help, though.

    Not genuine. If you can read Chinese, this is a nonsense mule of Hunan and Xinjiang. Xinjiang has never minted such silver coins.
