I don;t reallt think there's a law in place which says that the US Mint can't ship coins immediately after they're made and packaged. Kinda like the presidential dollars which were shipped to the Banks with the label saying "Do Not Open before xx/xx/xxxx". Banks didn't open them but they sure didn't hesitate in selling them to individuals by the $1,000 box! Those same folks sold the rolls at premiums on line as much as two weeks before the release date. As for HSN, these folks are a multi-million dollar coin machine which utilizes ANACS to the fullest. ANACS doesn't mind since it's a guaranteed income and the one true fact in the coin business is that the person that makes it to market first, is going to get a lot of business. I don;t begrudge HSN and I don't begrudge ANACS because its simply the bullion business.[/QUOTE]
