To date, I can find no press release indicating this is true.</p><p><br /></p><p>Another great Meczack quote that I loved is: &quot;The single biggest factor in value of a coin is rarity!&quot; </p><p><br /></p><p>Now anyone who has been here for any time knows this just flat-out isn&#039;t true. Desirability combined with rarity make for value. If I had to choose one of those two factors, it would be desirability hands down. Copper nickel 3 cent pieces have extremely low mintages, are over 100 years old and very collectible.
