Because the TPG's aren't the problem - we, the collectors and coin dealers are the problem ! We are the ones who pay the bills, we are the ones who get these companies to do these things. They only do it because of us. You want them to stop ? Then get people to stop buying this junk - they'll stop in a damn big hurry. But let's place the blame where it really belongs - squarely on our own shoulders.
