Yes Chris, it actually has a halo ( 4 ) for LCD lighting on it .
I should be able to get some good images of this proof coin, which to me is the hardest to take images off ..

I still use my old Scan-O-Matic on occasion. I had one as a kid years ago and found a replacement a couple of years back.
I saw some for sell if you aren't familiar with it but I think I found the one I have from one of the larger coin and stamp suppliers.
Can't argue with that.
I now need magnification to see things I didn't need it for, 35 years ago.
How old are you buddy? I could see 35 years ago without glasses or a microscope.
56. It's not that I disagree with the true point afantiques was making; it's just a ton less eyestrain these days to use magnification.
You think that cud would be worth getting graded?
Not just because of the cud. The collector for whom that cud is an added-value feature won't care if the coin is in a slab or not.
