How you grade the coin coming out from the mint?.

    NGC ms 70 - i always consider it as ms 68 to ms 69.

    NGC ms 69 - i treat that as ms 67 to ms 68 only.

    you can see same grade as the price for NGC is always lower than PCGS. and you also pay lower fee for NGC. right?.
