How would you grade this 71 P?

All right then, how does this one rate? There are no major dings anywhere on the coin except for the typical few nicks on the shield, but the obverse is covered in tiny hairlines.

The reverse, however is the strongest strike I've come across in a 71 P - in fact it stands head and shoulders above the rest of the roll I went through...
