Welcome to CT it would help if you could crop out all back ground on your pics and also if you could select full image when you post them.

It appears from what I can see from your pics are a MAD ( misaligned die) DDD ( die deterioration doubling) not sure if the line is a lamination error or a die crack that's the reason need better pics.IMHO

    Try cuds-on-coins-.com

It's very possible I think I would wait for someone that has more experience than me.

It looks like a lamination error to me

Either way it's a cool find IMHO

I'm guessing that a second discovered instance of the one in the article will raise the value of both considerably...

A lot of fat and gristle, but not much meat.

I am just a guest to coin talk but I have the 2016 massive retained cud and 95 degree rotation on reverse too. I started collecting coins two months ago. Beginners luck!

Cud with a rotation is an interesting piece. Nice.

I'm not asking about value of 2016 Penny error. I realize it's like selling a house. The value is how much someone is willing to pay for it! Jeffb mentioned that if another one was found it would increase value. How many found determines it's value and how many found determine that it's worth a penny? I'm just learning about coins for a couple of months.

It's a very interesting error. I would keep it in a 2x2 IMHO..
And just know this.. You send a Mint Error to have it attributed.. Any coin you send gets a grade. Extra fee for attribution.
