I did this.</p><p>I purchased the &#039;Kindle&#039; edition from &#039;Amazon&#039;.</p><p>Unfortunately, I am unable to find an &quot;Index&quot; that allows me to go to &#039;Page XXX&#039; to look up &#039;Lincoln Cents&#039;, or &#039;Morgan Dollars&#039;.</p><p>Surely, I don&#039;t have to &#039;flick&#039; through the whole book to find each coin?
