How to trun a coin in a TPG holder.

Yes, this is the answer found in numerous sources. The Lawrence book says it (https://archive.org/details/compguidebarbdime1991lawr/page/n78/mode/1up) and PCGS says the same (https://www.pcgs.com/coinfacts/coin/1905-o-10c-micro/94836). I would imagine someone compared the size and characteristics of the quarter mint mark to make that conclusion.

As far as the grade I can see G6 being more accurate. The rims are full with some denticle left, but no leaf detail behind the ear left that I can see so I don't think it quite makes VG8, although the reverse is better.
