Just p/u 2 P and D 1964 mint sets from a trusted dealer. What am I supposed to see with my loupe?

Do you have a coin book? Get a "Cerrypickers Guide" by Bill Fivaz and J. T. Stanton. This book will open your eyes to understanding coins. Since you now have a loupe, learn how to use it properly. Go to a coin shop, or show and look. Ask the dealers how and why they use theirs. Good luck.

You won't find the accented hair in a mint set. It is on the proof coin. The I in Liberty is missing the lower left serif is the easiest way to tell...

I remember the days when you could cherrypick these off ebay. Anyone remember Russ. He was a master at it.
