They know that the fly by night TPG&#039;s won&#039;t comply with the invitation and if they do comply they know that they won&#039;t pass muster. So after getting all the complaints and the comments that they wer ebeing biased, the ANA said OK - put up or shut up. </p><p><br /></p><p>Needless to say none them put up.
