A $20 cash payment will generally not deliver that coin. Generally, when I sell, all costs are included in the advertised price. I've virtually never had a "failure to communicate", and many return calls without ads. I believe you've supported my contention that $20 isn't the maximum value to be paid for acquisition of that specific commodity.
