Sold a 2015 PCGS PR70 dcam to a ebayer, she sent it back for a refund due to it wasn't up to her standards due to a small milk or whatever, White spot on it. Boy is she going to be pissed in a few months LOL

You never know - I got PCGS MS69's that had so many watermarks on them it was ridiculous - I hated that they would look through the watermarks and not consider them into their grading!!

No guarantee the spots were there when they were graded. They don't *have* to develop immediately. Could take years.

Really - Probably the only person gonna be pissed is the seller as Ebay has no consideration for the seller and kisses the buyers butt. The buyer will open a dispute ( this info goes to the seller) if you don't refund they almost always win - Ebay will send them back their money without the buyer returning the coin. Best thing to do is tell them to send back the coin(s) and as soon as you get it you will refund their PayPal account pronto!! Unfortunately the buyers control the transactions!!

I have to call you on that one - watermarks are on the coins from the minting process - they don't just don't form over the years like toning!! I've had watermarks on my coins designated as "First Strikes" -

How so? Milk spots are a result of the minting process and are part of the coin when struck. They do not form over time but they can become more apparent over time.
