Is there a safe way to remove stuff like this green that gets on some older coins? Acetone? Any help would be appreciated.

I think so. It's on a few of the Thai coins I have. It's unfortunate. Just hoping there was a way to get rid of it.

I would take a Q-Tip with some acetone or distilled water and dab it gently.
