May have been ment as a joke but now I'm wondering what effects some open containers of seasonings in the area on the window sill may have on those coins. Garlic and Onion powders for example. As usual nothing to loose by trying.

Try putting it next to the garlic. Garlic contains sulfur, which could potentially give you some toning.

Garlic does have sulfur and gives it off quite well just remove the husk. You just might be on to something with AT that looks natural. Ice

No problem. I opened a small jar of Garlic and Onions. Closed them as soon as I realized with the windows closed the entire house would soon smell. There is an exit air vent right below that window where the coins are so no stinky stuff. I have gone back to breathing on them both each day. Few more weeks and might have something here.

    Carl,

Don't forget to rinse the coins well once you are finished. A couple of weeks in the toilet tank should do the trick.
