How to clean

    Yep I went through them my self, and saw a few yucky things I did not like when I was done I washed up with dish soap and hot water then I take 90% alcohol and pour a table spoon in my hands rub them till it evaporates,
    Please don't get the idea I am some kind of Germaphobe I am not I have an illness that requires me to be careful because if I am to get sick its very very hard on my system.

    But any coins with nickel will also tend to kill germs. Maybe not with you, but for most people coins have less germs on them than their hands. Its just metal oxides on your hands basically. Paper money is completely different story, paper money can be gross.
