How rare is this 20 note? Matching plate numbers

Front Plate and Back plate numbers match (Ex: H4). The last one I found was 5 months ago.

Its on the rarer side and is in perfect condition... Worth a premium but I don't know how much... Leave it up to the paper currency experts

The chances are better on lower serial numbered notes is my guess. I did a quick check and found one on a recent acquisition.
