As I said, the coin will get bonus for two reasons (Actually I said one, but there you go), one is strong luster will give one extra point and strong strike will give one extra point as well. Lastly, eye appealing that will hold it's grade higher. There are four areas to look at and that what I am looking at. Some of you focus on marks only. Marks aren't only factor of grading IKE. I am happy for you to proof me wrong, but that what I was studied from coin grading and counterfeit detection. It's not only book, but ANA Standard Grading and ikegroup.info, too. There are four categories to look at, marks, luster, strike and eye appealing. As I stated that the coin is appealing at naked eyes, but my picture showed it as not so appealing. Bottom line, marks aren't only factor of grading IKE coins. That's why I say they are guarantee MS65 or better. Maybe I am being overconfidence? Did you know that finger print on coin automatic keep any coins stay below MS65?
