    How much silver is in the American Quarter silver proofs?

    .18 ounces in each or .90 ounces in a 1-year set of 5.

    these are the same standards as 1964 and earlier silver - 90%

    Well, unless you are talking about a 40% silver bicentennial quarter (.07331 troy ounce) the normal silver proof quarters are the same weight as a pre-1964 silver quarter (0.18084 troy ounce)

    And they are the same weight as the 1964 silver quarters, too. :hail:

    everybody needs to get a Redbook if you have more than 2 coins. :rollling:
