He mentioned the nglish coins as being dumb because for a long time they didn't have the denomiation on them, but he didn't mention them as one of thmost famous examples of dumb coins because they don't mention the issuing country. Very few British coins mention the country, and those that do name it in abbreviated LATIN OMNI BRIT and even then it actually means of all the Britains.
