I recall reading a thread that not long after CAC started, there was a guy buying up all the gold stickered coins he could find and that helped increase the premiums (especially for common coins). He might have dropped out at some point as I did notice that gold stickered common coin prices started easing up several years ago. However, the last year or two I&#039;ve noticed a resurgence.
