Now, as to why I don't follow anybody, it's pretty simple - it's because I watch EVERYBODY !!! ALL THE TIME !

Maybe it's the OCD in me, but I wish we could have the ability to have people who follow "us" get removed.

I have some that are passed on & few years from having logged in.

Another is Yarm. I am amazed when he posts a medal. They are nothing short of phenomenal. If you haven't seen his collection, it is worth a visit.

I have no clue what you are talking about good sir. You must have the wrong person.

It was said as a joke. People who follow other people around at night are considered possible trouble makers, or even stalkers. I thought my smiley face and the other face would alert you to take my comment without concern. Years ago in vaudeville, in the United States, a poor joke was followed by a slap stick rim shot with bass drum and cymbal accompaniment. It alerted the audience to the fact that the joke was over. Now if this is beyond your years, I am sorry you didn't catch on. It required some reading between the lines. Obviously you didn't.

In sensitive times, you just can't take comments too lightly.

Oh yes you can. That's what MAKES these "sensitive times".

I have 1 follower and I didn't even know it. Does that qualify as a social movement?

I actually didn't know such functionality existed here until I bothered to look.

I'm a bit slow, can someone tell me how you 'follow' a member? Thanks.

It's pretty simple, just go to their Profile page and click on the Follow link. For example, this is your Profile page -

    upload_2017-1-30_14-58-36.png

See where it says Follow in the top line, (to the right of your name) ? If I wanted to follow you all have to do is click on that.

If 100 people contrived to follow each other in a closed chain, would with one post the 'follow' subroutine self-destruct? I Hope. :)

No, they'd just chase each other round and round, endlessly covering the same material. Not, of course, that that ever actually happens here.
