Specifically, when they created the &quot;ANA edition&quot; of the eSylum, they didn&#039;t pass the mailing lists against each other, so I received the announcement and then the duplicate mailing. To ANA&#039;s credit a simple email &quot;Hey, I&#039;m already an eSylum subscriber&quot; received a reply within an hour asking whether I wanted them to remove me from the ANA&#039;s side of the list, which they did instantly.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
