How many dimes equal a dollar?

    whats wrong with a vf/xf morgan for 28 bucks (about two dollars over melt right now) if youre trying to save silver and dont care about condition or dates? and sometimes you can get au/ms morgans for a couple bucks above as well. 25 dimes can be one unc morgan or two nice morgans. it seems the op is interested more in silver so the higher grade coins doesn't seem to be the answer

    Several members here would gladly put a Morgan up for sale when you say you're ready. No sales tax, and the cost of postage is much less than the cost of gas driving to the coin shop.

    In any case, the discipline of "saving" is a good thing to learn. Learn it here, painlessly.

    i would try roll searching for a bit.i found a proof 2012 quarter today in one roll.it is only clad but free and dime rolls for me produce some silver ones still free.by the way i hope your situation is not to serious and improves shortly.
