    My last submission I sent four labels into NGC and received no credit. I had several issues this round and the customer support was not what you usually would expect from NGC this time, maybe it was a covid-19 thing.

    I've sent many labels to them and never actually got the credit on any of them so I really just stopped doing it unless it was something where it could make a big difference.
