And mixed in with them are the ones highly advertised but not worthy of note.</p><p><br /></p><p>As a general rule, the great collections are sold during market peaks or during a bull market. Very seldom do they come to market during lulls or bear markets. So no, it&#039;s not increased supply driving prices down. It&#039;s lack of interest, the end of the greater fool theory, money being parked in other places, and fear coupled with pessimism.
