They certainly are and that's almost certainly the super note 100 dollar bill counterfeits that surfaced a while back and one reason it got a dramatic overhaul. Whether or not they're wasting any time putting that sort of energy and resources into numismatic items is another question. My guess would be very little if any of their efforts revolve around numismatics when pumping out high quality knock off bills or circulating money is more lucrative and fits their intended goals far better.
