How do YOU open bank rolled coins?

    Actually starting in the early 2000s to present the Mint has rolled some coins like state quarters, ATB, etc.

    As a seasoned roll hunter who opened 1000's of rolls from 2008-2012, I would grow out "coke nails" on my thumbs and just rip the paper tag ends at the top of the "V", tear and unroll. Easy peasy. Works with all denominations.

    Yeah, I am careful to keep mine trimmed enough not to get that kind of assumption lol.

    Hey, it works! And no messing with screwdrivers or markers or the like! Added bonus, you don't need a little spoon or dollar bill to do bumps with when you hit the club!
