To list pics and describe the item and the end it can be

Have you guys thought about using 'canned' write-ups and photos?

As soon as I acquire my specimens, and prior to putting them in the vault, I photograph them, describe them, and save that info into my CoinManage system. That way, for any kind of future communiques, everything I need is already pre-done...
